中国经济正在迅速走向世界,综合国力大步提升、经济持续发展、资源保障、甚至国际贸易等对于国家的发展起到了至关重要的作用。中国的崛起正在改变全球的政治格局。中华民族要在未来几十年实现中国梦,要在复杂的资源和地缘政治环境下,运用清晰、科学的全球观念和区域观念。“一带一路”是习近平总书记提出的当代中国的全球观念和全球战略,这是新时期全面对外开放的战略,也是营造世界和平稳定的平台。这种观点符合中华民族的全民利益,也符合世界大多数国家和人民的利益。目前,中国的国际关系正处于最好的合作阶段。
China’s economy is rapidly moving to the world. The comprehensive national strength has been greatly improved, and the sustained economic development, resources protection and even international trade have played a crucial role in the development of the country. The rise of China is changing the global political landscape. The Chinese nation hopes to realize the Chinese dream in the next few decades and should use clear and scientific global concepts and regional concepts under the complex resources and geopolitical environment. “The Belt and Road” is the global concept and global strategy of contemporary China put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping. This is a strategy of opening up to the outside world in the new era and a platform for world peace and stability. This view is in the national interest of the Chinese nation and in the interest of most countries and peoples in the world. At present, China’s international relations is in the best stage of cooperation.
