Li Xianlian, Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Ministry of Construction, announced recently that the “2001 International Building Center Alliance Conference” will be held in Beijing from October 8 to October 10. By then, about 40 experts from overseas related research structures and more than 2000 domestic government authorities will bring together representatives from finance, insurance, planning, design, construction, property management, building materials and research institutes to Beijing International Hotel. The general theme of this event is: Future-oriented housing construction.
