随着医疗改革的不断深化,如何开展公立医院人员医德教育培训工作,促进医疗技术和医德共同提高成为医院人力资源工作不可或缺的部分。在具体实践中,应重视新进医务人员的医德教育,针对医务人员面对的工作实际问题开展医德培训,引导他们提高个人修养和人文素养。打造富有特色的医院文化,为医德教育提供积极向上的氛围。同时应注重提高人力资源管理人员的个人素质及工作水平。
