作为税务工作部门和窗口单位,两年来,我们在市局的统一领导下,认真贯彻落实关于大力推进政务公开的各项工作部署,紧密结合伊春区税务工作实际,在重点工作上搞突破,以强化监督和规范服务求实效,使我局政务公开工作得到顺利推行和有效实施,不仅切实提高了工作水平,而且强化了自身建设,提升了整体服务质量和效率,树立起良好的国税形象。一、提高认识,统一思想,在推进上求合力推行政务公开既是政府职能部门加强自身建设的重大举措,也是适应入世需要,加快职能转变的必然选择。而推行政务公开之初,局内一些同志在思想认识上一时不能接受和统一,存在着畏难情绪和一些模糊认识。针对这种情况,按照市局统一要求,我们一方面在组织领导上加强了力量,成立了由一把手牵头的局政务公开工作领导小组,并制定了详细的工作实施方案。另一方面在宣传教育上加大力度,先后召开了推行政务公开工作动员会、干部职工大会,反复组织全局干部认真学习省局、和市局推进政务公开工作会议和
