领导工作主要是一种智力工作,领导者的智力高低决定着领导成效的大小。按照人类学对智力的定义,智力指学习、记忆、思维、认识客观事物和解决实际问题的能力,其核心是思维能力。对于领导者来说,正确地分析、思考并解决问题,是衡量其智力水平的基本标准。而具有高瞻远瞩、开拓创新的思维能力,则是领导者智力开发的最高境界。实现成功领导,创新思维,关键在于学会最大程度地发挥非凡的思维力量。从方法论角度,创新思维脱颖于常规思维。笔者试就这两种思维模式进行关联和比较探讨。
Leadership is mainly a kind of intellectual work, the level of intelligence of leaders determines the size of leadership effectiveness. According to anthropological definition of intelligence, intelligence refers to the ability to learn, remember, think, understand objective things and solve practical problems. Its core is thinking ability. For leaders, the correct analysis, thinking and problem solving is the basic standard to measure their intelligence level. With foresight, pioneering and innovative thinking ability, it is the leader of the highest level of intellectual development. The key to achieving successful leadership and creative thinking lies in learning to exert extraordinary thinking power. From a methodological point of view, innovative thinking detaches from conventional thinking. I try these two modes of thinking for the association and comparison.
