羚羊清肺散是治疗小儿呼吸系统感染性疾病的中成药。长期应用于临床,疗效不错。由于以前没有含量测定方法无法进行定量控制,只能通过肉眼检查来确定该制剂混合的均匀度。本文运用滴定法对该药中主要药物朱砂进行了含量测定,解决了定量问题,并在此基础上采用正交试验设计,利用混合均匀度做为标准,采用倍增套色法对原混合工艺进行了改革,找到了较理想的混合条件。这不仅保证了制剂的质量,且提高了生产效率,降低了能源消耗。
