国家对高职教育的重视程度不断提高,近十年来高等职业教育得到了快速发展,社会对高职院校培养的技能型人才的需求也在不断加大。而目前作为高职院校主体的“90后”大学生,却呈现出独特的思想和行为变化。因此,高职院校学生思想教育及日常管理工作也应与时俱进,本文对高职院校辅导员工作进行探讨。
The emphasis on higher vocational education in our country has been steadily increasing. Higher vocational education has seen rapid development in the past decade and the demand for skilled personnel trained by higher vocational colleges has also been steadily increasing. At present, as the main body of higher vocational colleges “90 after ” college students, but showing a unique change in thinking and behavior. Therefore, ideological education and daily management of students in higher vocational colleges should also keep pace with the times. This article discusses the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
