近年来,卫生信访出现了一些新情况、新动向,特别是医患纠纷多,解决难度大。文章对濮阳市卫生信访现状进行了分析,并结合实际,针对存在问题,提出了加强体制建设、机制建设、内部管理等5个方面的应对措施。
In recent years, there have been some new situations and new trends in the petition for health care. In particular, there are many disputes between doctors and patients, and the solution is very difficult. The paper analyzes the present situation of health letters and visits in Puyang City and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the system construction, mechanism construction and internal management according to the actual situation and the existing problems.
