目的:探讨地龙不同提取部位(氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水)对小鼠的镇静催眠、抗惊厥作用。方法:利用光电计数法观察地龙不同提取部位对小鼠自发活动的影响;利用延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验,观察其各部位催眠作用;利用戊四唑诱发小鼠惊厥实验观察各提取部位的抗惊厥作用。结果:地龙除正丁醇提取部位外,均具有一定的抑制小鼠自主活动,协同戊巴比妥催眠,减少戊四唑致小鼠惊厥和死亡作用,其尤乙酸乙酯部位作用较强。结论:地龙镇静催眠、抗惊厥的活性部位为乙酸乙酯部位、氯仿部位和水提取部位。
Objective: To investigate the sedative, hypnotic and anticonvulsant effect of different extraction sites (chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water) on the mice. Methods: Using photoelectric counting method to observe the effect of different extraction sites on the spontaneous activity in mice; using the prolonged sodium pentobarbital sleep time test and the subthreshold and hypnotic dose of pentobarbital sodium to observe the hypnotic effect of each part; Pentylenetetrazol induced seizure in mice Experimental observation of the anticonvulsant effect of each extraction site. Results: In addition to n-butanol extraction sites, all have a certain degree of autonomic activity in mice, synergistic with pentobarbital hypnosis and reduce pentylenetetrazol-induced seizures and death in mice, the Department of Ethyl acetate stronger role . Conclusion: The active sites of sedative, hypnotic and anticonvulsant of earthworm are ethyl acetate fraction, chloroform fraction and water extract fraction.
