目的:研究在心内科护理中实施扁平化联合责任制管理模式的效果,以达到优化护理模式、促进低年资护士的成长及惠及患者的目的。方法:在心内科护理中,采用扁平化联合责任制管理模式,缩减精炼中间部分的管理层次,推行责任护士能级管理,综合评价推行该模式前后患者对于心内科护理的满意程度和整体的护理质量。结果:采纳扁平化联合责任制管理模式后,相比于未采用时,心内科患者对护理的满意程度、基础护理、专科护理等的总体评价都大大提高。结论:在心内科护理中推行扁平化联合责任制管理模式十分可取,对护士而言能提高其护理能力和综合素质,对患者而言能提升其对护理工作的满意程度,最终使患者得到不间断、高效优良的护理。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of implementing the flattening joint responsibility management model in cardiology nursing in order to optimize the nursing model, promote the growth of low-aged nurses and benefit the patients. Methods: In the department of cardiology, the united management of flat responsibility system was adopted to reduce the management level of the middle part of the refining and to promote the level management of responsible nurses. The satisfaction of patients with cardiology and nursing care before and after the implementation of this model was evaluated comprehensively . Results: After adopting the flattened joint responsibility management system, the overall evaluation of cardiology patients’ satisfaction with nursing, basic nursing and specialist nursing were greatly improved compared with those not adopted. CONCLUSIONS: It is desirable to implement the flattened joint responsibility management model in cardiology care, which can improve nurses ’ability of nursing and overall quality, and improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing work and finally make the patients get uninterrupted , Efficient and excellent care.
