本文报告了10例与预防接种有关的婴幼儿急死案例,其直接死因多为暴发性流脑。并对预防接种与婴幼儿急死的关系进行了初步探讨,认为在疾病潜伏期内进行疫苗接种有一定的危险性。
This article reports 10 cases of infant and child acute cases of vaccination, the direct cause of death are mostly fulminant meningitis. The relationship between vaccination and acute exacerbation of infants and young children was preliminarily discussed. Vaccination during the latent period of the disease is considered to be a certain risk.
