急性白血病病人免疫功能低下,常合并感染,发生败血症的机率很高。1996年以来,我们收治了急性白血病86例,并发败血症(经血培养证实有细菌生长)36例。本文分析败血症的常见病原菌和抗生素的选择。
The immune function of patients with acute leukemia is low, often associated with infection, the probability of sepsis is high. Since 1996, we have treated 86 cases of acute leukemia, complicated by sepsis (bacterial growth confirmed by blood culture) in 36 cases. This article analyzes the selection of common pathogens and antibiotics for sepsis.
