In order to improve the level of safety of aero-geophysical survey and avoid endangering the safety of aircrew operators due to the failure of the flight platform, China National Land Resources Aerogenetics Remote Sensing Center piloted aero-geophysical survey unmanned work in early 2011. Based on the successful trial, AVIC has fully implemented the unmanned operation mode in the qualified field team. More than a year of practice has proved that it is perfectly feasible for the airborne geophysical survey unattended working methods. It is understood that, since its establishment in 1957, the Center has been involved in aero-geophysical surveying of leased aircraft for production of field geophysical missions. As a result of the flight accident, a total of 9 workers were killed and injured in the aeronautical televising center.
