介绍了1种长距离煤浆输送管线用钢的成分、组织、工艺设计及耐冲蚀磨损性能的试验评价方法,测定了试验钢板、工业生产钢板和对比钢的耐冲蚀磨损性能,分析了不同试验钢板的组织、强度、硬度、韧性对耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢板中低C-Mn-Nb-Cr成分体系和“铁素体+贝氏体+弥散珠光体”的组织类型耐冲蚀磨损性能最好;采用上述成分体系和组织类型工业生产的钢板耐冲蚀磨损性能较同钢级普通API X65管线钢高10%以上;工业生产钢板的理化性能和耐冲蚀磨损性能满足神渭输煤管道工程的技术要求。
The composition, structure and process design of a kind of long-distance coal slurry conveying pipeline steel are introduced. The erosive wear resistance of the test steel plate, industrial steel plate and comparative steel is measured. Effect of Different Tests on Structure, Strength, Hardness and Toughness of Steel on Erosion Wear Resistance. The results show that the microstructure of the low C-Mn-Nb-Cr component system and the “ferrite + bainite + dispersed pearlite” in the test steel plate have the best erosion-wear resistance. The above- The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of industrial steel plate are more than 10% higher than that of common API X65 pipeline steel at the same grade. The physical and chemical properties and erosion and wear resistance of industrial steel plate meet the technical requirements of Shenwei coal pipeline project.
