“傍名人”这种假借他人之名,已达广己商品之誉的行为古已有之,如今更是猖獗肆虐。在这些名人中有一个特殊的群体──科学家,社会前进文明的发展更需要这些人的艰苦奋斗和默默付出,他们对于社会的价值远非其他名人所能比拟。这篇文章从收集到的数据入手,展现我国科学名人姓名被抢注的现状;从立法、执法、科学名人自身以及社会等方面探析原因;并从相关方面进行探讨。
“Pong celebrity ” This kind of under the guise of others, has already reached a reputation as a commodity has existed since ancient times, but now it is rampant rampant. There is a special group of these celebrities ─ ─ scientists, the development of social progress civilization even more need these people’s hard work and silently pay, their value to society is far more than other celebrities can match. This article starts with the collected data to show the status quo of China’s scientific celebrities being registered; probes into the reasons from the aspects of legislation, law enforcement, scientific celebrities themselves and the society; and discusses the related aspects.
