以某型号大吨位起重机为研究对象,通过AMESim软件平台对起升系统进行建模仿真,分析不同参数对二次起升动态特性的影响,得出承受大负载起升液压系统工作时二次下滑现象的主要因素,并对液压系统进行优化设计,提出了补油泵补油的改进性方案,经过仿真试验,与传统解决二次下滑途径相比,可有效提高大吨位起重机液压系统工作可靠性、安全性。
