Recently, the Ministry of Land and Resources formulated and promulgated the Provisional Regulations on the Management of the Transfer of Assignment of Mining Rights and the Interim Measures on the Qualification Assessment of Exploration Rights and Mining Rights, further improving the legal system governing mining rights.
