我所的RAX—12型全自动X射线衍射仪,是日本理学电机株式会社制造的较新型的X射线衍射仪,它配有微处理机及U—1300计算机,不仅能进行自动操作,还可以进行数据处理及通用计算,有用数据可以贮储于磁盘中保留。旋转阳极靶的功率大(为普通衍射仪的四倍多),是一种多功能的大型仪器。现将实际的应用作简略的介绍,希望该仪器在科研和生产中获得更多应用,发挥更大作用。
Our RAX-12 automatic X-ray diffractometer is a newer X-ray diffractometer manufactured by Rigaku Corporation. It is equipped with microprocessor and U-1300 computer and can not only operate automatically, but also can For data processing and general computing, useful data can be stored on disk for retention. Rotary anode target power (more than four times the ordinary diffractometer), is a multi-functional large-scale equipment.
