高职教育是一种培养为社会直接创造价值的高素质劳动者和专门人才的高等教育,其重要的特色是通过特定的教育模式而使学生获得最有效的综合职业能力。而职业教育的专业微观课程体系的优化配置、建设和实施是连接职业工作岗位的职业资格结构与职业教育机构的培养目标结构,即学生所获得的相应的职业能力结构之间的桥梁。因此,高职的微观课程体系的建设和实施直接影响到学生综合职业能力的培养,从而影响其就业竞争力,文章正是基于这种视角去探索高职微观课程体系的建设思想。
Higher vocational education is a kind of higher education that cultivates high-quality laborers and specialists who directly create value for the society. Its important feature is to enable students to acquire the most effective comprehensive vocational ability through specific educational modes. The optimal allocation, construction and implementation of professional micro-curriculum system of vocational education are the bridge between the vocational qualification structure of vocational jobs and the training target structure of vocational education institutions, that is, the corresponding vocational ability structure obtained by students. Therefore, the construction and implementation of microcosmic course system in higher vocational education have a direct impact on the cultivation of students’ comprehensive vocational ability, thus affecting their employment competitiveness. This article is based on this perspective to explore the construction of microcosmic curriculum system of higher vocational education.
