随着生产的发展,大型炉窑的多根热电偶测温从原来的低精度毫伏计逐渐过渡至XWC系列,多点自动记录平衡仪。而多点自动记录平衡仪,在维修试运行时的直流信号源,一般厂家大多采用单点毫伏信号发生器或直流电位差计,也有人在试运行时将仪表信号输入端短路,人为减少信号输入。前者仪表维修时,需要多只毫伏信号发生器,使台上布满仪器、导线交错一起,工作起来极不方便,易造成人为故障;而后者又不能全面考察仪表工作状态,易留下潜伏故障。我厂在实践中,将单点毫伏信号发生器进行改装(可以改成四点,六点至更多点),这样维修运行时,只需一只多点直流信号源,使工作台上仪器大大减少,经多年使
