利用沉淀法分别制备了Ｌａ２Ｏ３和Ｆｅ２Ｏ３超微粒样品，将上述两种超微粒样品按一定比例混合，在空气中不同温度下烧结２小时，合成得到ＬａＦｅ２Ｏ３样品．通过Ｘ－ｒａｙ衍射仪对样品进行测试分析，得知利用超微粒烧结，其烧结温度较用常规粉末烧结温度显著下降．
La2O3 and Fe2O3 ultrafine particles were prepared respectively by precipitation method. The two ultrafine particles were mixed at a certain ratio and sintered at different temperatures in the air for 2 hours to synthesize LaFe2O3 samples. By X-ray diffraction instrument for testing the sample that the use of ultrafine particles sintering, the sintering temperature than conventional powder sintering temperature dropped significantly.
