利用沉淀法分别制备了La2O3和Fe2O3超微粒样品,将上述两种超微粒样品按一定比例混合,在空气中不同温度下烧结2小时,合成得到LaFe2O3样品.通过X-ray衍射仪对样品进行测试分析,得知利用超微粒烧结,其烧结温度较用常规粉末烧结温度显著下降.
La2O3 and Fe2O3 ultrafine particles were prepared respectively by precipitation method. The two ultrafine particles were mixed at a certain ratio and sintered at different temperatures in the air for 2 hours to synthesize LaFe2O3 samples. By X-ray diffraction instrument for testing the sample that the use of ultrafine particles sintering, the sintering temperature than conventional powder sintering temperature dropped significantly.
