医疗欠费困扰着医院管理者,阻碍医院的发展。笔者提出治理办法,实乃抛砖引玉。 1.医院领导应高度重视这一工作,经常过问此事,院内应制定有关规定,对于无欠费或少欠费的科室和单位给予表扬,欠费较多特别是由于单位或个人管理不善造成不应欠的费用应提出批评教育,必要时与奖金挂钩。 2.临床科室。(1)医生要了解患者的经济情况,对生活确有困难,押金交纳不足者要在检查用药上注意,不该检查的就不检查,能用一般药物治疗的就不用贵重药物,同时也要督促其尽快交费。(2)经常和收费处联系,对已欠费或费
Medical arrears plague hospital administrators and hinder hospital development. The author proposes a method of governance. 1. The hospital leadership should attach great importance to this work, and often ask questions about it. The hospital should formulate relevant regulations and praise the departments and units that have no arrears or less arrears.
