目的:建立人参糖肽注射液特征图谱。方法:通过对人参糖肽注射液中多糖1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮柱前衍生化,采用高效液相色谱法进行组成糖分析。结果:人参糖肽注射液特定特征图谱由6个共有峰组成,为甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖。结论:高效液相色谱法建立多糖的特征图谱,操作方法简便,分离度高,重复性及稳定性良好,该结果可有效控制人参糖肽注射液的内在质量,同时可作为酸性杂多糖组成糖的测定方法。
Objective: To establish the characteristic map of ginseng glycopeptide injection. Methods: The components of ganoderma lucidum glycopeptide injection of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone pre-column derivatization, high performance liquid chromatography composition analysis of sugar. Results: The specific profile of ginseng glycopeptide injection consisted of six common peaks: mannose, glucuronic acid, galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose and arabinose. Conclusion: The HPLC chromatogram of polysaccharide is established. The method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, high resolution, good repeatability and good stability. The results can effectively control the intrinsic quality of ginseng glycopeptide injection and can be used as the constituent of acid heteropolysaccharide The determination method.
