呼吸在舞蹈当中具有举足轻重的作用,正确的呼吸方式能让表演者将舞蹈艺术的韵律之美、和谐之美和节奏之美表现得淋漓尽致。在古典舞蹈的基础训练当中,让舞者准确掌握呼吸技巧,以完美的呼吸技巧来表现古典舞蹈的内涵,对于古典舞蹈教学而言,具有重要的现实意义。本文试从呼吸训练的角度着手,阐述古典舞蹈基础训练当中呼吸的作用。
Breathing plays a decisive role in dancing. The correct way to breathe allows the performer to express the beauty of rhythm, the beauty of harmony and the beauty of rhythm. In the basic training of classical dance, it is of great practical significance for dancers to accurately master the breathing skills and to express the connotation of classical dance with perfect breathing skills. This article tries to start from the breathing training point of view, elaborating the classical dance training in the role of breathing.
