燃烧催化剂的表面化学状态对其燃速有着决定性的影响,本文用表面技术XPS(ESCA)对双基镁火药中催化剂MgO的表面进行了分析,揭示了一些重要事实: (1)MgO表面层上除MgO外,还有大量MgCO_3,CO_2,Mg(OH_2),H_2O等存在。 (2)比较了1~*~4~*四种样品,共间有一定的差异。 (3)沿样品深度方向化合物的分布是不均匀的。 (4)MgO的表面及体相之内含有大量烃类,这是MgO在煅烧过程中带入的。 (5)烧死MgO表面上有效MgO含量较低。
The surface chemical state of the combustion catalyst has a decisive influence on the burning rate of the catalyst. In this paper, the surface of the catalyst MgO in the bismuth magnesium powder is analyzed by the surface technology XPS (ESCA), revealing some important facts: (1) In addition to MgO, there are a large number of MgCO_3, CO_2, Mg (OH_2), H_2O exist.
