患者男,33岁。因右耳反复流血性分泌物四年,伴耳胀,耳闷,加重半年入院。患者于1985年不明原因地出现右耳针刺样疼痛,闷胀、发烧及右耳周红肿,经当地大剂量抗生素治疗后,耳闷,发烧,红肿疼痛现象好转,自觉听力无减退。以后每当受凉感冒易复发,每年发作2—3次,但无明显发热,仅流少许血性液,经抗炎治疗均好转。但近半年来症状明显加重,发作次数频繁,每隔3—4天流血性液一次,出血前均有耳闷胀感。整个发作
