February 20, 2016, Friedrichshafen, Germany Rolls-Royce new MTU engine orders, the Chinese locomotive manufacturer (China National Vehicle Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as China’s car) to provide 100 MTU 4000 series engine with a total contract value of more than 30 million euros. Specific models of the batch of engines for the 16V 4000 R43, its diesel engine power reached 2200 kW. They will be used by CNR for the production of 100 truck locomotives as part of the contract with the main contractor, China Mechanical Engineering Co. Ltd. By then, the locomotives will be exported to Argentina and will serve the public under the Ministry of the Interior and Transport of Argentina
