自亚洲金融危机以来,我国对外贸易增幅减缓,究其原因,是在新形势下未能对外贸市场 多元化引起重视。因此,应果断实施外贸市场多元化战略,使现有的出口市场更趋合理化,即在 巩固日本、美国、欧盟等国家和港澳台地区传统市场外,还应加快拓展亚、非、拉及其它发展中 国家市场,并加大提高在中东欧、俄罗斯及周边市场占有率,从总体上形成有较大回旋余地的出 口市场多元化格局。
Since the Asian financial crisis, the growth of China’s foreign trade has slowed down. The reason is that it failed to pay due attention to the diversification of the foreign trade market under the new circumstances. Therefore, we should decisively implement the diversification strategy in the foreign trade market and rationalize the existing export markets. In other words, we should speed up the expansion of the markets of Asia, Africa, Latin America and other countries in addition to the traditional markets of Japan, the United States, the EU and other regions in Hong Kong, Maucao and Taiwan. Developing markets and increasing the market share in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the surrounding markets. As a whole, the export market with ample room for maneuver has formed a pluralistic pattern.
