对实验大鼠制作一种慢性腹内感染模型,类似临床上因创伤使肠道细菌缓慢持续释出所致的腹膜炎。以此研究了腹腔细胞因子的动力变化和全身细胞因子浓度与成活率结果。 选用85只雄性SD大鼠,感染组56只,对照组29只。在全麻下进行无菌手术。将一根外径1.65mm,内径0.76mm的聚乙烯管插入腹腔,导管末端用不锈钢导丝经背部皮下隧道从颈背1cm切口处引出,切口用3/0丝线缝合,局部涂洗必泰,皮下注射无菌盐水
