AOWC(全光波长转换)是WDM(波分复用)光纤通信网络中的一项核心技术,基于FWM(四波混频)的AOWC能够保持信号原有的振幅、相位和偏振方向,适用于高频谱效率的高级调制格式信号波长转换。文章系统地总结了基于FWM实现各种高级调制格式信号波长转换的研究进展,对各种方案的特点进行了比较分析,最后探讨了提高器件实用性和可靠性的方法。
