目的:观察血压正常者及高血压患者一侧锁骨下动脉狭窄对健侧上肢血压有无影响。方法:用水银柱血压计袖带阻断一侧上肢血流,建立一侧锁骨下动脉狭窄模型,测量血压正常组及高血压组一侧锁骨下动脉狭窄模型建立前、后对侧上肢血压。结果:血压正常组及高血压组一侧锁骨下动脉狭窄模型建立后对侧上肢血压与一侧锁骨下动脉狭窄模型建立前无统计学差异。结论:一侧锁骨下动脉狭窄对血压正常者及高血压患者健侧上肢血压无明显影响,一侧锁骨下狭窄患者可按常规血压标准诊断。
OBJECTIVE: To observe whether there is any effect of contralateral subclavian artery stenosis on contralateral upper limb blood pressure in normotensives and hypertensive patients. Methods: The blood flow of the upper limbs was blocked by a mercury sphygmomanometer cuff. One side of the subclavian artery stenosis model was established. The blood pressure of the contralateral upper limb was measured before and after the subclavian artery stenosis model was established in the normal blood pressure group and the hypertensive group. Results: There was no significant difference between contralateral upper limb blood pressure and contralateral subclavian artery stenosis model after establishment of subclavian artery stenosis model in normal blood pressure group and hypertension group. CONCLUSIONS: One side of subclavian artery stenosis has no significant effect on blood pressure in normal blood pressure and contralateral upper limbs in hypertensive patients. One side of subclavian stenosis can be diagnosed according to routine blood pressure standard.
