乙二胺四乙酸二鈉(EDTA)在測定地下水的Ca¨、Mg¨离子的实际应用中,充分显示出它的优越性:操作簡便,生产效率高。由于EDTA在一定量Mg¨离子和指示剂存在下,能与Ba¨离子等当量相結合的原理(見化学世界1956年第10期),我們着手用它来測定地下水中SO_4″离子的含量。現將我們的一点体会介紹給同志們作参考。(1)原理:标准氯化鋇溶液与SO_4″离子生成BaSO_4↓,在有Mg¨和指示剂存在下,用EDTA溶液滴定过量的鋇离子,从而間接求出SO_4″离子的含量。
Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) fully demonstrates its superiority in the practical application of Ca ¨ and Mg ¨ ions for determination of groundwater: simple operation and high production efficiency. Due to the principle that EDTA can be combined with an equivalent amount of Ba ¨ ions in the presence of a certain amount of Mg ¨ ion and indicator (see Chemical World, Issue 10, 1956), we set out to determine the SO 4 “ion content in groundwater. Now we introduce some comrades for reference. (1) Principle: standard barium chloride solution and SO_4 ”ions generated BaSO_4 ↓, in the presence of Mg ¨ and indicator, with EDTA solution titration of excess barium ions, Thus indirect determination of SO_4 "ion content.
