决明子为豆科植物决明的种子,其味甘、苦,微凉。入肝、肾经。功能清肝明目,利水通便。笔者临床多用其治疗肝阴不足,肝火上扰所致之头目眩晕,目赤肿痛,流泪之疾,疗效颇佳。但引起过敏者却罕见。于1996年发现1例,现报道如下。 患者周某,女,45岁。因头晕头痛,目赤眼花,流泪来诊。脉证合参,属肾阴不足,水不涵木,肝火上扰清空所致,故治以滋补肝肾之阴为主,兼清泄上升之肝热,遂拟六味地黄汤加白蒺藜,决明子、白菊花、枸
