最近 ,俄罗斯科研人员成功地研制了МОЖ型永久性磁防蜡器。矿场实验表明 ,МОЖ型磁防蜡器可使油田油气产量稳定增加 (平均为18% )。在出口管线中安装МОЖ磁防蜡器后 ,其清蜡次数明显减少 ,处理周期增加了 2～ 5倍。该工艺既不需要电能 ,也不需要任何化学剂 ,在多数情况下无须提升油管。工作一至三周后磁防蜡器成本得到回收。磁防蜡器在自喷和机械采油 (电泵、杆式泵 )井中均可应用。
Recently, Russian researchers successfully developed МОЖ-type permanent magnetic wax. Mine experiments show that МОЖ-type paraffin waxer oil and gas production can be a steady increase in oil and gas (an average of 18%). In the export pipeline installed МОЖ magnetic anti-wax, the number of clear wax significantly reduced the processing cycle increased by 2 to 5 times. The process requires neither electrical energy nor any chemicals and in most cases does not require tubing to be lifted. After one to three weeks, the cost of magnetron wax was recovered. Magnetic anti-wax device in the spray and mechanical oil production (electric pump, rod pump) wells can be applied.
