目的探讨有生育要求的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的治疗方法。方法对我院2003年5月至2007年4月Leep术治疗有生育要求宫颈上皮内瘤变患者24例,对其妊娠时间、妊娠结局、孕周、分娩方式、及胎儿情况进行回顾分析。结果 24例患者中,6个月内妊娠者6例、6～12月妊娠者12例、12～18个月妊娠者5例、1例未孕,2例自然流产。足月分娩15例,剖宫产6例。阴道分娩者无产程延缓和停滞,剖宫产者无宫颈性难产。结论对有生育要求宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,宫颈Leep术是一种简便、经济、安全、有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with fertility requirements. Methods Twenty-four patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who had fertility requirements were treated with Leep surgery from May 2003 to April 2007 in our hospital. The gestational age, pregnancy outcome, gestational age, mode of delivery, and fetus were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 24 patients, 6 were pregnant in 6 months, 12 were pregnant in 6 ~ 12 months, 5 were pregnant in 12 ~ 18 months, 1 were not pregnant and 2 were spontaneous abortion. 15 cases of full-term childbirth, 6 cases of cesarean section. Vaginal delivery without labor delay and stagnation, cesarean section without cervical dystocia. Conclusion Cervical Leep surgery is a simple, economical, safe and effective method for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia requiring fertility.
