为切实提高中西部农村中小学教师的整体素质和教育教学水平,缩小城乡教育差距,为中西部农村地区基础教育发展提供师资保障,教育部启动了“国培计划”。在培训过程中,我们清楚地掌握了我省农村初中思想品德师资队伍状况,明确了责任的重大,有了真真切切的甚至是沉重的反思。见微知著,通过对一节思想品德示范课的反思,希望能对“国培计划”的高效落实有所启示。
In order to effectively improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers in central and western regions, education and teaching level, narrow the gap between urban and rural education, and provide teacher protection for the development of basic education in rural areas in the central and western regions, the Ministry of Education launched the “State Education Program.” In the process of training, we clearly grasped the status quo of junior high school moral qualifications teachers in rural areas of our province, clarified the great responsibility, and had genuinely and even heavy reflection. Seeing that there is a slight reflection, I hope I can enlighten me on the effective implementation of the “State Education Program” through the reflection on the demonstration lesson of a moral character.
