首先根据IP网络的结构层次给出了IP的各种承载技术的协议模型，分析了各种技术的特点以及存在的问题，综合得出宽带IP组网演进的理想架构，并在此基础上提出了一种全新的实现方案———基于MPLS的IP到WDM集成技术。
