Guo Xuguang is Vice President of Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development and Head of Exploration Institute of PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company.He has been leading his team to explore the Junggar Basin for many years and made a number of remarkable achievements.The honourary titles he has won include May Fourth Medal,Youth Expert in Central Enterprises,Medal for Promoting the Development of Xinjiang,Ten Outstanding Young Persons of PetroChina,Model with Great Achievements,and Outstanding CPC Member.
