为了满足在夏热冬冷地区实施更高节能标准的要求,本文以江苏地区为代表分析了夏热冬冷地区的气候特点,结合居民空调使用模式对传热的影响,研究外围护结构能耗分布特征。从总体上得到了外墙、外窗、内围护结构关于建筑能耗的比例关系,明确了适用于更高节能标准的建筑节能技术路线。同时根据居住建筑个性化差异大的特点,提出了室内环境自由控制、灵活调节的空调系统技术原则。
