According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Institutional Drawing Proposal of China Securities Regulatory Commission (Guo Ban Fa [1995] No.12) and the instructions of the provincial party committee and government leaders, the Company decided to set up the securities regulatory office of Sichuan Province. The office is directly under the provincial government institutions, the provincial securities regulatory authority of the executive body, according to the securities and futures markets for supervision and management.
