载重线是保障船舶和人命安全的生命线,主要涉及船舶强度、稳性、舱口、开口、通风筒、空气管、门以及人员保护等内容,在安全检查中所占的缺陷比率较高,特别是老龄船舶、低质量船舶尤为突出,也是造成船舶滞留的主要项目。本文通过对载重线规定中相应条款、定义进行分析理解,并列举出常见缺陷和缺陷处理原则,介绍检查方法,对目前普遍存在的问题提出建议。
