建立了一个化学分离-电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定高纯氧化镥中14个稀土杂质的新方法。稀土杂质是用二(1-甲基庚基)磷酸(简称P215)-HNO_3反相萃取色层法使之与基体分离。选用1.5NHNO_3为淋洗液。文中还讨论了基体的负载量、温度和流速对分离的影响,以及基体残留量对杂质光谱测定的影响等。方法的精密度及准确度符合光谱测定要求,适于99.9~99.999%的Lu_3O_3中14个稀土杂质的测定。
A new method for the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in high-purity zeolite by chemical separation-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established. Rare earth impurities is the use of two (1-methylheptyl) phosphoric acid (referred to as P215) -HNO_3 reversed-phase extraction chromatography with the substrate separation. Use 1.5NHNO_3 as eluent. The article also discusses the substrate load, temperature and flow rate on the separation, as well as the impact of substrate residual impurity spectrum measurement. The precision and accuracy of the method are in accordance with the requirements of spectrometry, and are suitable for the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in 99.9-99.999% Lu_3O_3.
