采用正交试验方法设计了9个标准推出试件,对型钢与再生混凝土之间的黏结滑移性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:型钢再生混凝土与型钢普通混凝土的破坏形态类似,都经历了无滑移阶段、滑移阶段、破坏阶段、荷载-滑移曲线下降段和水平残余段等受力阶段;再生粗骨料取代率、再生混凝土强度、型钢保护层厚度、型钢埋置长度对平均黏结强度具有一定的影响。基于本次试验数据拟合建立黏结强度计算式,将计算值与试验值相比较,结果满足计算精度。
The orthogonal test method was used to design nine standard test pieces to study the bond slippage between steel and recycled concrete. The results show that the failure modes of SRCB and SRC are similar and all have undergone the stress stages of no-slip stage, slip stage, destructive stage, descending stage of load-slip curve and horizontal residual stage. Recycled coarse aggregate The substitution rate, the strength of recycled concrete, the thickness of profile steel protective layer and the embedded length of steel have a certain influence on the average bond strength. Based on the experimental data to establish the bond strength formula, the calculated value is compared with the experimental value, and the result meets the calculation precision.
