本文分成两个部分。第一部分介绍了氦氖激光器频率稳定的原理、方法以及对所用激光器的要求;第二部分则对激光稳频器的电路进行了分析,提出了对各个环节的要求,介绍了利用鉴频曲线对频率稳定度进行鉴定。利用本装置将腔模稳定于 Lamb 下陷中心,所得到的长期稳定性是4×10~(-9),与目前的长度基准~(86)Kr 灯的6057埃谱线相比对的结果是λ_(真空)=6329.91418(~(20)Ne);λ_(真空)=6329.90223(~(22)Ne)。
This article is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the principle and method of the frequency stability of the He-Ne laser and the requirements of the laser used. The second part analyzes the circuit of the laser frequency stabilizer and puts forward the requirements of each link. Frequency stability identification. The long-term stability obtained by stabilizing the cavity mode at the Lamb sag center with this device is 4 × 10 -9 as compared with the 6057-angstrom line of the current length-based reference (86) Kr lamp λ_ (vacuum) = 6329.91418 (~ (20) Ne); λ_ (vacuum) = 6329.90223 (~ (22) Ne).
