目的:研究分析产褥期感染的临床诊断、治疗体会。方法:选择2013.02-2014.02期间在我院妇产科临床接受治疗的50例产褥期感染患者,均采取强化综合性治疗。观察患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的满意度。结果:本组50例患者经相应的治疗后,痊愈率约为88.0%,总有效率高达100%。治疗前与治疗后相比,患者的治疗满意度明显提高,差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:及时、针对性的综合治疗可以明显提高产褥期感染患者生理功能的恢复,提高其预后效果。
Objective: To study and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of puerperal infection. Methods: 50 cases of puerperal infection who underwent obstetrics and gynecology clinics in our hospital from 2013.02 to 2014.02 were enrolled in the intensive and comprehensive treatment. To observe the clinical efficacy of patients and satisfaction before and after treatment. Results: In the group of 50 patients after the corresponding treatment, the cure rate was about 88.0%, the total effective rate as high as 100%. Before treatment and after treatment, the patient’s satisfaction was significantly improved, the difference P <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion: Timely and targeted comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the recovery of physiological function in patients with puerperal infection and improve its prognosis.
