目的:探究亚临床甲状腺功能减退(SCH)对于2型糖尿病(T2DM)代谢相关危险因素的影响。方法:选取我院自2014年8月-2015年8月间收治的150例2型糖尿病患者进行实验,依据其是否合并SCH将其分为2组,即单纯组104例、合并组46例,分别检测两组患者的尿酸(UA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三点甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血糖、血脂指标等。结果:合并组组患者血脂指标、尿酸含量均显著升高,HbA1c含量、空腹血糖等指标明显降低,两组数据对比差异显著P<0.05。结论:T2DM合并SCH患者对于胰岛素的抵抗更加强烈,且血脂指标的代谢极度紊乱,很容易诱发其他严重并发症。
AIM: To investigate the effect of subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) on risk factors associated with metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: A total of 150 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups based on whether they were complicated with SCH or not: 104 in the simple group, 46 in the combined group, UA, HbA1c, FT4, FT3, blood glucose and lipids in two groups were detected. Results: The levels of serum lipids and uric acid in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the combined group (P <0.05). HbA1c levels and fasting blood glucose were significantly decreased. CONCLUSIONS: Patients with T2DM and SCH are more resistant to insulin and their metabolism of blood lipids is extremely disordered. Other serious complications are easily induced.
