目的探讨以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂对X线辐射大鼠血清中葡萄糖(BG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的影响。方法大鼠复制X射线辐射模型,用林蛙油复方冲剂进行干预,检测各组大鼠血清中BG、TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C含量。结果林蛙油复方冲剂可降低TG和LDC-C的浓度,高剂量组能升高HDL-C浓度。结论以林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂,对X射线辐射大鼠生化指标有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of Fufang granules, a major component of Changbai Mountain Ranae oil, on the levels of serum glucose (BG), cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) Effect of density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Methods The rat model of X-ray radiation was duplicated and the Rana oil compound prescription was used to intervene to detect the levels of BG, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in serum of rats in each group. Results Rana oil compound granules can reduce the concentration of TG and LDC-C, high-dose group can increase HDL-C concentration. Conclusion The compound granules with Rana oil as the main component have certain influence on the biochemical indexes of rats irradiated by X-rays.
