清光绪十五年(1889),17岁的梁启超恩科乡试考中举人。考试中的诗文,我们仅从《梁启超年谱长编》中引自当年8月12日上海《申报》的报道,知道诗题是:“荔实周天两岁星,得星字”。试文题目是:“子所雅言,诗书执礼……至子不语怪力乱神。”诗文内容,则说载于《广东闱墨》一书中。我们遍查北京、上海、广州一些大图书馆藏书,终未发现。今年岁首,收到日本研究梁启超的专家、名古屋学院教授竹内弘行先生惠赐梁启超乡试诗文影印件,得览先贤之文采。现将原文(由李朝汉先生校核断句)录下,以飨读者。
