目的:建立RP-HPLC测定蒲葵果实和种子中薯蓣皂苷元含量的方法。方法:采用C18柱,乙腈-水(90:10)作流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长203nm。结果:薯蓣皂苷元对照品在0.3084~4.9344μg范围内呈良好的线性关系A=13030 C+4.4345,R~2=0.9999。回收率为95.13%,RSD=2.80%(n=6)。结论:所建立的测定方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可制定含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of diosgenin in the fruit and seeds of Pachia Plumbagin. Methods: C18 column and acetonitrile - water (90:10) were used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between diosgenin reference substance and 0.3084 ~ 4.9344μg A = 13030 C + 4.4345, R ~ 2 = 0.9999. The recovery was 95.13%, RSD = 2.80% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used to determine the content.
