经济法是我国新兴的一个部门法。近10年的立法和司法实践已经证明:经济法在我国法律体系中占有头等重要的地位,它对于深化我国经济体制改革,加强经济管理,繁荣国民经济具有十分重要的意义。后勤院校担负着为军队培养和造就军事经济管理人才的重任,有必要开设经济法课程,并应在教学条件、师资力量、课时的安排等方面给予足够的重视。
Economic Law is a new sector law in our country. Legislation and judicial practice in the past 10 years have proved that economic law occupies a first-and-important position in the legal system of our country and is of great significance to deepening China’s economic restructuring, strengthening economic management and boosting the national economy. Logistic institutes shoulder the heavy responsibility of training and building military economic management personnel for the military. It is necessary to set up courses in economic law and should pay enough attention to teaching conditions, faculty strength and class arrangement.
